Welcome to Woman-to-Woman Bible Study for 2025-26!

You may recall that this fall we will study the book of Zechariah for 10 weeks, ending the week before Thanksgiving week (if we have no hurricanes). After the return of the Israelites from 70 years of captivity in Babylon, both Haggai and Zechariah encouraged the people to repent and renew their covenant with God. They needed to continue to rebuild the temple and to prepare their hearts to worship God. The book of Zechariah begins with a series of visions that communicate these needs and ends with visions of the future reign of King Jesus, the Messiah.

We plan to have three shorter studies (What the Bible Says about Music, followed by lessons in Ephesians and Philippians) starting January 13 and ending April 28.

Please join us for a time of fellowship, followed by an introduction to the book of Zechariah.

We expect to livestream (and record) the lecture each week. At the same time, we will continue to keep Zoom access open. We plan to have one Tuesday group that will meet entirely on Zoom so that our remote ladies or ladies with health concerns can continue to join us; it also will enable those who usually come in person to attend via Zoom if they are out of town or under the weather. We plan to continue our Thursday night Zoom meeting if enough ladies express interest.

If you haven’t already done so, please click on this link and register online for our fall Bible Study. Be sure that you give us your correct email when you register online. If you have a particular email that you prefer to use with Zoom, please give us that email. When you register early, you will make it easier for us to plan and have everything in place for a smooth start. As we did last year, we will email you a PDF version of the questions and any relevant handouts a week before you need to have them done. We will also have a few extra printed copies available each week for those who meet in person and don’t have the means to print their own lessons. If you’re meeting with us via Zoom and aren’t able to print the emailed lessons, be sure to let your discussion leader know so that she can mail you a printed copy. (You’ll receive a call from your new discussion leader after the opening meeting.)

Free childcare will be available at each meeting for children ages 0-5, and we will have a supervised classroom for homeschooled children ages 6-12.

Most of the ladies who now attend this study are coming because a friend invited them. Feel free to forward this message to someone you would like to invite to enjoy the study along with you. You may also want to refer others to our website: womantowomanbiblestudy.com

Looking forward to seeing you soon!
